• Contact and Pilot Forms: When you apply for the Rainthorn Field Alpha, Rainthorn Orders Alpha, Rainthorn CRM Alpha, or submit a general contact message, we collect your name, business email address, company name, phone number (if provided), company website (if provided), operational software details, and answers to workflow qualification questions.
• Technical and Server Log Data: When you access rainthorn.com, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives standard network traffic logs, such as your IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp, strictly for security enforcement, DDoS mitigation, and anti-spam verification.
• Attribution Parameters: We capture campaign referral parameters (such as utm_source) directly from the URL when you submit a form to understand which channels introduce businesses to Rainthorn. We do not use third-party behavioral ad trackers or cross-site fingerprinting.

We use the information collected exclusively for legitimate business purposes:

• To evaluate your company's operational fit for alpha alpha cohorts.
• To respond directly to your questions, feedback, and product inquiries.

• Cloudflare (Pages, Functions, D1, Turnstile): Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are validated through Cloudflare Pages Functions and stored in encrypted Cloudflare D1 databases located within the United States. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for privacy-preserving bot detection without interactive CAPTCHAs.
• Resend: If internal notification routing is active, notifications are transmitted securely via Resend to alert our team of qualified lead submissions.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain lead and inquiry records only for as long as necessary to maintain communication with your business or fulfill alpha cohort evaluation. We implement industry-standard technical measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and restricted database access controls.
